1. Booking and Payment
1.1 Bookings are only confirmed upon receipt of full payment or a specified deposit.
1.2 All prices are inclusive of VAT (if applicable).
1.3 Payment methods accepted: Credit/Debit cards or bank transfer
2. Cancellation Policy
2.1 Cancellations made more than 20 days prior to check-in will receive a full refund.
2.2 Cancellations made less than 20 days prior to check-in will not be eligible for a refund.
3. Check-In and Check-Out
3.1 Check-in time: 2pm
3.2 Check-out time: Noon
3.3 Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
4. House Rules
4.1 This is a fan-friendly guest house. All guests are expected to respect fellow supporters and staff.
4.2 Excessive noise, unruly behavior, or illegal activities will not be tolerated and may result in immediate eviction without a refund.
4.3 Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. Designated smoking areas are available outside.
4.4 Damage to property or excessive cleaning required will be charged to the guest responsible.
5. Liability
5.1 Soccer Suite is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during your stay.
5.2 Guests are responsible for their own safety and that of their belongings while on the premises.
6. Match Day Information
6.1 As we cater primarily to Liverpool FC fans, we encourage guests to adhere to respectful behavior towards other teams’ supporters.
6.2 Please plan your arrival/departure to account for matchday traffic and road closures.
7. Changes and Availability
7.1 We reserve the right to cancel bookings or amend facilities due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund or alternative arrangements will be offered.
8. Data Protection
8.1 Guest information will be used solely for booking and communication purposes and handled in accordance with GDPR guidelines.
